A 25% advance is required to confirm any package; the balance is due 7 days before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote.
Cancellations 15+ days before travel: full refund minus a 5% processing fee. 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Under 7 days: no refund, as hotels and vendors are typically paid in full by this point.
We reserve the right to alter routes due to weather, road closures, or local conditions beyond our control. Where possible, an equivalent substitute activity is offered at no extra cost.
Valid government-issued ID is required for all travellers, particularly for permit-controlled regions like Ladakh. Travela is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
Travela acts as an agent for third-party hotels, transport and activity providers. While we vet every partner, we are not liable for circumstances outside our direct control, including natural disasters, strikes, or third-party negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
